Metamorphosis
A six month journey which we will embark on together.
Working with the gifts and the shadows of the main female archetypes, the elements, and connecting the body, mind and spirit. Metamorphosis is a journey of initiation, rites of passage and rebirth.
Metamorphosis demands sovereignty, commitment and faith. There will undoubtedly be times you may want to give up, avoid the uncomfortable or confronting, take the easy path. I’ll be there with you, patiently and lovingly calling you out and forward, reminding you of your strength, your power, beckoning you into your truest, highest, most authentic self.
Emergence
Our final leg of the journey is about creating a life of more fulfilment, authenticity, joy and purpose, however that may look for you. Together we will create a vision of how you desire your life to look. You will learn how to weave with the seasons and cycles of nature and the feminine body, and your inner masculine and feminine energies to know when to drop into creativity, eros and expansive flow, and when direction and penetration is needed to move forward.
We will work with the element of air, expanding and stretching the limitations of the mind and deepening into a trusted connection with spirit and alignment with your soul path. Calling on the energy of the Maiden as you get curious, joyful and excited for your rebirth.
Cocoon
Midway on our journey we commit to the body, the vessel, we will work with the energies of the Mother and the Lover and the element of Earth. Learning tools to self regulate and resource, how to be in devotion, to nourish, to self soothe, to live a more sensual, nourished and pleasure filled life. How to live in reciprocity with the Earth.
A 2 day/1 night in person private retreat at various locations in the UK/Europe is included in this part of our journey. During the retreat you will have the chance to receive a 1:1 ceremonial healing, bodywork and sound session and the option to take part in elemental rituals. We will spend our time together in ceremony, prayer and play. Accommodation and all meals etc are provided for.
Descend
The first part of our journey together is about uncovering the self limiting beliefs, self sabotaging behaviours and ingrained conditioning that’s blocking you from living a life of your fullest potential.
Descending into the dark, working with the elements of water and fire to cleanse and burn away all that does not serve you. We will, with compassion and love, revisit the inner child/teenager/younger self and explore the energy of the Wise Woman and the Alchemist to extract the gold from your past experiences and bring it into the present.
