I grew up as a sensitive and shy child, never feeling like I really belonged. I turned to escapism in many ways, eventually leading to various forms of self destruction. 

My own, ongoing journey of remembrance has been long, and as equally beautiful as it has been messy. I’m forever growing and learning. I, at times still fall back into old patterns, fall out of alignment, am led by the ego. I honour the humanness of life. I understand and appreciate how all of my life experiences have served as a guide to lead me to where I am today.

It’s a humbling and empowering gift to finally feel at home on this earth, anchored in this body, to trust in the divine that flows through my vessel, to welcome home parts of me that for so long were repressed or shamed. To be able and willing to descend into the darkness and bask in the light. A bridge between Earth and Sky.  And it’s an honour to help guide others home to their true selves

I’ve been in service to others for over two decades, beginning my career as a massage, skin and beauty therapist at 17. Through my own healing journey I found NLP and then reiki in 2016, and since then I’ve trained in many different practices that have either had a profound impact on my own healing or have been a deep soul calling, allowing me to share my offerings and work in harmony with the mind, body and spirit. 

The world events of 2020 were a huge awakening for me. It was shown and made clear to me how much community, connection, the ancient ways of cyclical living alongside nature and inner and outer union were needed to help heal the earth. 

Through my training and lived experience I weave together energetics, bodywork, somatics, shamanism and feminine gnosis to help liberate and empower. I hold extensive experience in working with 1:1 and group sessions. .
