I’m Arlene,
Alchemist, Creatrix, Priestess… Raw, Messy Human.
I am devoted to the collective unravelling, remembrance and reclamation that is unfolding on Earth at this time. As the earth moves through her own purification process, as her children and stewards so do we, releasing all the stories, the conditioning, all that is not of the truth of who we came here to be.
My mission is to create spaces for women to be de-armoured of their masks and their protective shields and to allow all of their parts to be witnessed, expressed and celebrated so that together, in unity we can rise into our fullest potential.

1:1 CEREMONIAL HEALING SESSIONS
I offer intimate in-person or online sessions, creating a sacred space together to allow your own natural healing to flow.
Tailored to your specific needs, the session itself weaves a blend of some of the following; somatic practices, energetic work, shamanic practices, bodywork, timeline and parts therapy and sound healing.

For those moments in life where you simply need to be held.
Perfect for those in a dysregulated state, stressed or feeling isolated.
This unique 1:1 session will gently guide you back to your body and your heart. It provides a gateway to deeper energetic work or to help integrate after more intense experiences.

NOURISHED
A 4 week online journey calling you back home into nourishment, devotion and gratitude.
Together we will journey through the four pillars of embodiment; Breath, Movement, Touch, Sound. Enquiring into where and why we may have under nourished ourselves in the past.
Available as a personal 1-1 or group setting offering.

METAMORPHOSIS
Metamorphosis is a 6 month long journey which we will embark upon together.
We will be working with the elements and the main female archetypes, connecting the body, mind and spirit. A journey of initiation, rites of passage and rebirth.
Includes an in-person 2 night retreat at various locations.
